rather than of it.
Our bodies are submerged in the inevitability of the material world and speak not from the center of everything, but as our source material and inherent translator about the state of material things. The language, of which, is the medium in which physical things relate, respond, and adapt.
I think about connections across materiality, ecology, critical theory, culture, and media.
My work emerges from studying, engaging, and contemplating in search of what's significant, insightful, or intriguing.
Matter of Threes is my independent think tank and studio practice where I develop design research and interpretive work and produce a novel, non-toxic, biodegradable bioglass.
